STL is a club that was born out of a lesson in a class on "THE ROLE OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT". As a result of the discussions held, the students thought it wise to start this project to impact the life of needy especially in the school community. The motto of the club is "CHARITY IS OUR PRIORITY".

The club however is opened to all individuals in the community and beyond. Specifically, the club has the following objectives:

1. To bring philantropists together to help the needy by providing educational needs.

2. To engage in activities that would promote charity work in the society.

3. To monitor the beneficiaries to be able to asses the impact of the interventions and consider the needs for continuous support.

4. To inculcate the spirit of selflessness in members and even non-members.

5. To raise funds for the club's activities
